Do you provide International delivery?
I have a problem with my seeds.
Seeds come from us in original breeder packaging to ensure they can not be tampered with, therefore any issues regarding your seeds at all must be handled directly with the breeder. We can help facilitate a conversations to clear up issues up to and including replacing seed, however it is at the discretion of the breeder not Platinum Seed bank. Breeders who are known to not replace seeds in any way will be notated in the description of their products. Platinum seed bank will not replace seeds.
Do you guarantee my package will get delivered?
We only guarantee packages within the US. We cannot guarantee packages once it leaves US Customs.
What is your returns policy?
Due to the nature of the business we can not offer returns. As all seeds look exactly alike we can not trust that seeds were not swapped. We apologize for this and offer this garuntee. Your NOVELTY seeds will ship in perfect condition, no premature or cracked seeds will ever be shipped to you.
How do I track my order?
You will be emailed a tracking number or you can choose to have us contact you directly. If you prefer to have us contact you directly then please provide a phone number for us and let us know at checkout.
What are your delivery options?
We send most items in the USPS. If it is going to be otherwise we will email you.
